Sound of Citrus
Is it possible to transform a particular taste like »Citrus« into sound? Can a sound be sweet or bitter? In a multi-stage study we went into these questions and determined parameters for the translation of the perception of smell and taste in music and sounds. The research results are pioneering for R&D departments of the fragrance and flavor company Symrise and open up new ways of audio marketing.
